We are excited to officially announce Terry Lowe as the Head Golf Professional of Black Sheep Golf Club. Terry brings Black Sheep Golf Club 30 plus years of teaching & coaching experience as a PGA Golf Professional.
His success as a teacher has been previously recognized by his selection as a Golf Digest Magazine Top Instructor in Illinois. Terry’s accomplishments within the teaching and coaching ranks are highlighted by the following samples of competitive championships listed: Two – Time Illinois Super Senior Champion, Illinois Junior Player of the Year, CDGA Match Play Champion, 2021 Top Ranked APGA player in America.
Beyond his teaching experience Terry has provided industry consulting services to notable clubs in the Midwest: Ruffled Feathers Golf Club, Lost Dunes Golf Club, Erin Hills to mention a few. Terry has served as Public Relations Chairman for the Illinois Section of the PGA Board of Directors, Tournament Director for US Kids Golf Organization, Mentor and Coach to DI & DIII University Coaches. Golf Shop Operations Magazine recognized Terry as “Merchandiser of the Year” & “All Time Top 100 Golf Shops in America” during his tenure as head golf professional at Oak Hills Country Club.
